Concrete Surface Solutions provides services including, but not limited to:

• Concrete polishing
• Epoxy floor coatings
• Sports court and recreational surface coatings

All services are subject to availability and require a separate written estimate, proposal, or service agreement before work begins.

3. Commercial & HOA Projects

For commercial properties, HOAs, and large-scale projects:

• Written approval from authorized representatives is required before work begins
• The client is responsible for ensuring all necessary permissions, permits, and HOA approvals are obtained
• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by approval processes, restricted access, or site limitations

4. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website

5. Estimates and Scope of Work

All quotes or estimates provided are:

• Based on visible conditions at the time of inspection
• Subject to change if unforeseen conditions arise (including but not limited to substrate damage, moisture issues, cracks, or structural concerns)

Any changes in scope may result in additional costs and will require client approval.

6. Site Conditions & Responsibility

The client agrees to:

• Provide clear and safe access to the work area
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available if required
• Remove personal property or obstacles prior to service

Concrete Surface Solutions is not responsible for damage to items left in or near the work area.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to:

• Require deposits prior to scheduling
• Implement progress payments for larger projects
• Pause or cancel services for non-payment

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

8. Scheduling, Delays, and Weather

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Weather conditions (especially for outdoor coatings and sports courts)
• Material availability
• Site readiness

We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

9. Warranties & Surface Limitations

Any warranties provided will be outlined in writing. However:

• Concrete is a natural material and may crack, shift, or discolor over time
• Coating performance depends on proper maintenance and site conditions
• We do not guarantee against future cracking or structural movement

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concrete Surface Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or use
• Issues arising from pre-existing conditions or improper maintenance

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concrete Surface Solutions from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

• Your use of the website
• Your failure to obtain necessary approvals or permits
• Unsafe site conditions not disclosed prior to work

12. Insurance & Licensing

Concrete Surface Solutions operates in compliance with applicable Arizona laws and maintains appropriate business insurance. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request for commercial or HOA projects.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, branding, and logos—is the property of Concrete Surface Solutions and may not be used without permission.
